“My goal as a dietitian is to provide support, education, and straightforward guidance to help clients develop healthier habits with both their food choices and their relationship with food. I believe so many factors can affect our food choices. My hope is to simplify the process of finding nourishing foods that still allow us to have an enjoyable eating experience. It is essential to treat ourselves with kindness and patience to find that empowering voice inside of us as we work towards improving our health, one meal at a time. In my free time, I enjoy taking walks, baking (dietitians can have a sweet tooth too! :)), trying out new restaurants, and relaxing with my cat.”
